Pauline is an APGAI Ireland qualified single-handed casting instructor. She works out of the Oaks Fishery, Derry-Londonderry, where she offers single-handed casting instruction, specialising in supporting beginners and women anglers new to fly-fishing. She is a member of the Irish Ladies Fly-fishing Association, which organises four national competitions in Ireland a year and which competes in the annual four-nations international competition.  Pauline holds seven international caps.
